March Lessons/Activities

Dr. Suess Inspired Architecture-use Geometric Shapes to create an imaginary city and/or town. We also wrote compare/contrast paragraphs on our town with the town each student drew. This activity was used for fourth through sixth grade students. My sixth graders read Dr. Suess books to the Kindergarteners as well. You are never too old to celebrate Dr. Suess Day!

Dr. Suess Pre-made Door. Use pre-made Dr. Suess Characters and print out a picture of the students. The students love coming in the next day to see which Dr. Suess character they are. We leave this up the entire month of March to celebrate Dr. Suess Day!
